Guidelines for submitting artwork for imprinted orders!

We always send a proof! We will not put anything through production until we have your approval. When you receive a digital or faxed proof, it will come with a confirmation sheet (word document), and will appear like this:

Sometimes artwork may need to be revised. Here are some steps to make sure your artwork is production ready!

Quality of Art

If artwork is not in true vector format, the next best type would be an image resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch). Some .jpg's are okay to use, as long as they are viewable enough to make clearer. Here is an example of a logo that might be low quality, but can be sharpened up by one of our artists:

See the difference? As long as its viewable and simple enough to sharpen, then it is an accepted file for production.

Vector - If sending vector art, please convert all fonts into curves before saving and sending. Some fonts are not available to our computers, so it is important that all fonts are curved. (In Adobe Illustrator select all and hit [ctrl+shift+o], in Corel select all and hit [ctrl+Q]).


The art department is a team of artists that will try to get a proof done according to time and queue of orders. Proofs are not an automatic process, you will not find a proof 5 minutes from the time your order is placed. Please wait 1 day or less for a ready proof to be sent over. Depending on complexity of an illustration might also factor in timing for proofs. Please call customer service if a proof is not recived within a day or so from ordering. There are additional charges for "Rush" orders.
